Hot-dipped galvanized steel grating involves submergingthe steel grating in molten zinc, a process calledgalvanization. This forms a strong metallurgical bondbetween the zinc and the steel, resulting in a durable.corrosion-resistant protective layer.
Powder coating is a cost-effective, durable way to colorgrating. The process includes degreasing, pickling, zinc.phosphating, and electrostatic powder application, thenbaking at 180°C.For enhanced corrosion protection, thiscoating combines hot-dip galvanizing with powder coatingAvailable in all RAL colors, with different gloss levels andtextures.
